Stand Strong Challenge

The Stand Strong includes completing one minute of standing up once every hour, at least eight times a day. To complete the challenge, track ‘Yes’ at the end of each work day if you stood up at least one minute every hour for at least 15 days in the month.

  • Stand Every Hour: Get up from your desk or couch for at least 1 minute, 8 times per day.
  • Challenge Duration: Complete this activity at least 15 times during the month.
  • Tracking Progress: Mark each workday you successfully stood up every hour.
