Pump It Up Challenge

The Pump It Up challenge includes completing 1500 minutes of cardio exercise over 90 days. This equates to 125 minutes per week or approximately 17 minutes per day. Participants are encouraged to engage in activities that elevate their heart rate for 20 minutes or more, such as swimming, biking, brisk walking, running, or dancing. The goal is to track a total of 1500 minutes of cardio exercise throughout the challenge period.
