No Munchies Challenge

The No Munchies Challenge includes completing at least 25 days of the challenge where you avoid eating or drinking anything other than water after dinner. Once you brush your teeth after dinner, that’s it for the night.

Challenge Details

  • Fasting window: After dinner for 25 out of the next 30 days.
  • What to avoid: All food and drinks except water.
  • What to do:
  • Clean up the kitchen after dinner.
  • Turn off the kitchen lights.
  • Avoid the kitchen for the rest of the evening.
  • Brush your teeth after leaving the kitchen.
  • Track your progress by marking each successful day.
