Moodie Month Challenge

The “Moodie Month” Challenge includes completing a 30-day food journal, where you log what you eat and how it makes you feel. This challenge encourages mindful eating and helps you identify patterns between your food choices and your mood and physical sensations.

Challenge Details

  • Track your food: Log what you eat and drink for 30 consecutive days. Any format works – journal, phone app, etc.
  • Record your feelings: After each meal/snack, note how full you are, your level of satisfaction, and how the food affects your body.
  • Be consistent: Aim to log everything you consume for the entire 30 days. If you miss an entry, fill it in with your best recollection later.
