The Habit Maker Challenge includes completing a new habit of your choice every day for one month. Track “Yes” each day you succeed with your new habit. To complete the challenge, track “Yes” 25 days or more.

  • Do it daily for one month: Commit to practicing your chosen habit every day for 30 days.
  • Track your progress: Mark each successful day. Aim for 25 or more successfull days to complete the challenge.
