Good Fat Challenge

The Good Fat Challenge includes completing the following task: eating 10 servings of good fat, also known as unsaturated fat, during the next 30 days. The challenge encourages you to eat good foods that you might not normally eat.

Challenge Details

  • Eat 10 servings of good fat in 30 days: Focus on whole foods like avocados, olives, nuts, seeds, and fish.
  • Good fat definition: Excludes animal fats (except fish) and oils. Prioritizes whole food sources for healthy fat intake.
  • Serving size guidance: 1/3 avocado, 5 olives, 24 almonds, or 4 ounces of raw fish. Encourages mindful eating and exploring new healthy food options.
