The Cardio Blast Challenge includes completing 500 minutes of cardio exercise over 30 days. You can choose any activity that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes at a time, such as swimming, biking, brisk walking, running, or dancing.

Challenge Details

  • Goal: Complete 500 minutes of cardio exercise over 30 days (17 minutes/day, 125 minutes/week)
  • Cardio Definition: Activities that raise your heart rate for 20+ minutes (e.g., swimming, biking, brisk walking, running, dancing)
  • Intensity: Start comfortable, gradually increase throughout the month
  • Challenge Tracking: Track 500 minutes of cardio exercise

  • Safety Tip: Slow down if you can’t talk, are breathing hard, or feel you’re pushing too much
