1K Crunch Challenge

The 1,000 Strong Crunch includes completing 1,000 reps of a strength exercise like push-ups, squats, or lunges in a month. Planks are also an option, with 1 second equaling 1 rep. If you choose walking or running, each minute counts as 1 rep. Track your daily reps to reach the 1,000 goal by the end of the month.

Challenge Details

  • Exercise: Choose one challenging bodyweight exercise from the list: push-ups, squats, lunges, planks (1 rep = 1 second), walking or running (1 rep = 1 minute).
  • Duration: Complete the challenge within one month.
  • Goal: Reach 1,000 reps of your chosen exercise within the month by tracking your daily reps.
