Wellness360 connects with TriNet HR Platform (fka Zenefits) to sync your employee directory automatically. When new hires join or employees depart, your Wellness360 wellness program roster updates to reflect those changes — keeping every employee enrolled and your program data accurate without manual effort.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to TriNet HR Platform (fka Zenefits)
Authorize the connection through your TriNet HR Platform (fka Zenefits) account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
