Overview

Wellness360 connects with Square Payroll to automatically sync your employee directory. Your wellness program roster stays current without manual updates — new hires are added and departing employees are deactivated as changes occur in your HR system.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to Square Payroll
Authorize the connection through your Square Payroll account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
