Overview

Wellness360 connects with OneLogin to deliver secure single sign-on for your wellness platform. Employees use their OneLogin credentials to access Wellness360, and IT retains full control over access provisioning.

Data Accessed

Employee identity (name, email, employee ID) from your identity provider
Group memberships and role assignments
Authentication tokens (not stored by Wellness360)

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Select OneLogin under Single Sign-On
Download the Wellness360 SAML metadata file
In OneLogin, create a new SAML 2.0 application and upload the metadata
Copy your IdP metadata URL back into Wellness360
Test the connection and enable SSO for your organization.
