Overview

Wellness360 integrates with Okta to provide secure, seamless single sign-on for your employees. Your team accesses the Wellness360 platform using their existing Okta credentials — no separate login required.

Data Accessed

Employee identity (name, email, employee ID) from your identity provider
Group memberships and role assignments
Authentication tokens (not stored by Wellness360)

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Select Okta under Single Sign-On
Download the Wellness360 SAML metadata file
In Okta, create a new SAML 2.0 application and upload the metadata
Copy your IdP metadata URL back into Wellness360
Test the connection and enable SSO for your organization.
