Overview

Wellness360 connects with NaturalHR (currently in beta) to sync your employee directory seamlessly via our guided setup. When new hires join or employees depart, your Wellness360 wellness program roster updates to reflect those changes — keeping every employee enrolled and your program data accurate without manual effort.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to NaturalHR
Our setup team will guide you through the secure data export from NaturalHR
Once configured, employee data syncs on your chosen schedule
Contact support@wellness360.com if you need assistance during setup.
