Wellness360 connects with Justworks to automatically sync your employee roster. This integration ensures new hires enrolled in Justworks are immediately available in Wellness360 — ready to participate in wellness programs from day one.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to Justworks
Authorize the connection through your Justworks account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
