Overview

Wellness360 integrates with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) to provide enterprise-grade single sign-on. Employees access Wellness360 using their Microsoft credentials, and access is managed centrally through your Entra ID tenant.

Data Accessed

Employee identity (name, email, employee ID) from your identity provider
Group memberships and role assignments
Authentication tokens (not stored by Wellness360)

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Select Azure (Entra ID) under Single Sign-On
Download the Wellness360 SAML metadata file
In Azure (Entra ID), create a new SAML 2.0 application and upload the metadata
Copy your IdP metadata URL back into Wellness360
Test the connection and enable SSO for your organization.
