Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to UKG Ready
Authorize the connection through your UKG Ready account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
