Wellness360 integrates with Bob (HiBob) to automatically sync your employee directory. Bob’s modern HR infrastructure pairs with Wellness360 to keep your wellness roster as dynamic as your team.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to Bob
Authorize the connection through your Bob account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
