Wellness360 integrates with ADP Workforce Now to keep your wellness program roster aligned with your HR system. As your workforce changes, Wellness360 updates automatically — ensuring every employee has access to the wellness benefits they deserve.

Data Accessed

Employee name, work email, and employee ID
Department and team assignments
Employment status (active / inactive)
Manager and reporting structure
Date of joining

How to Connect

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Wellness360 admin portal
Click Connect next to ADP Workforce Now
Authorize the connection through your ADP Workforce Now account
Click Sync Now — your employee roster will populate within minutes
Subsequent syncs run automatically to keep your roster current.
